Daily dose will be provided on the bottle.

Actions ~ tonic, aphrodisiac, oestrogenic in females (indirectly), androgenic in males (indirectly), fertility agent.

Traditionally used to support male infertility, impotence, decreased libido, female infertility, menopausal symptoms, PCOS, to improve physical performance, fatigue, physical stress.

Contraindications ~ Saponins can cause or aggravate gastro-oesophageal reflux. Caution in patients with pre-existing cholestatsis.
