Actions ~ Antihaemorrhagic, cardioprotective, anti-inflammatory, antiarrhythmic, hypocholesterolaemic.

Traditionally used to support conditions such as menorrhagia, uterine haemorrhage, haematuria, gastrointestinal bleeding, traumatic injury (with haematoma and bruising), angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, hypercholesterolaemia, to assist with weight loss.

Contraindications ~ Traditionally contraindicated in pregnancy.
