Traditionally used for conditions such as spasmodic dysmenorrhoea, endometriosis, secondary amenorrhoea, menstrual issues, debility, impaired peripheral circulation, liver damage, palpitations

Contraindications ~ Contraindicated in pregnancy (first trimester). Caution in warfarin, acute infections and heavy menstruation.
